Attention to detail is key to every great shed.
Every shed is made to stand the test of time. They all come with a free 10 year guarantee, against timber rot, decay or insect infection. Only the finest high grade timber is used to create the sheds and is responsibly imported from forest in Scandinavia in line with Powers sustainability policy.
The shed framing is 44mm x 28mm and rounded at each corner to give a stunning finish. The panels are screwed together and so when joined it creates a double strength 44mm x 56mm thick framing.
Windowed Power sheds come together with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process improves the structural durability and thermal strength of the glass. Toughened glass is 500% more resistant to heat and shock than ordinary glass.
A Power shed comes with galvanised hinges, turn buttons and door pull, this ensures the shed lasts longer and minimises oxidisation in order protects it from rust and other damages.
Internal corner bracing has been added to every wall panel on your chosen shed to maximise strength and rigidity.
The shed is complete with high performing waterproof felt with special polyester backing ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily. the felt is saturated with a protective coating called bitumen (asphalt), which repels water but allows the product to breathe.
The sheds main protection comes from the special formula wood preserver which has a wax additive allowing you to go a whole year without the need to re-treat. We advise to maintain the quality of the shed that additional coats are added on a yearly basis. This can be any colour you want.
