Garden Room Project Overview
We completed this high-spec garden room project just a stone’s throw from Silverstone Race Track, designed specifically to serve as a stylish and practical Airbnb rental for race weekends. The goal was to create a self-contained, modern space that offers comfort, privacy, and a premium finish for guests visiting one of the UK’s most iconic motorsport destinations.
Exterior – Premium First Impressions
The exterior of the garden room was finished in Western Red Cedar cladding, giving it a clean, contemporary look while ensuring long-term durability.

Sleek flat roof design with integrated lighting
Large black-framed french doors to maximise light and indoor-outdoor flow
This combination creates a standout feature in the garden while maintaining a warm, high-end aesthetic—perfect for attracting short-term rental guests.
Interior – Clean, Modern & Functional
Inside, the space was designed to feel bright, open, and comfortable:
Fully plastered and painted walls for a smooth, modern finish
Durable and stylish wood-effect laminate flooring
Efficient electric wall heater for year-round usability
Full mains electricity connection from the main house
Every detail was completed by our team—from construction through to the final decorating—ensuring a turnkey solution ready for immediate use.
Bathroom Installation – Compact & Practical
A key feature of this project was the inclusion of a fully functional shower room, making the space completely self-contained.
Modern toilet, sink, and shower enclosure
Frosted window for natural light while maintaining privacy
Installed using a macerator pump system to connect to mains drainage
This setup allowed us to deliver full bathroom functionality even with limited drainage access—ideal for garden buildings and Airbnb setups.
