The Composite Price Guide

The composite garden room can be constructed using any of our models - The Balmoral, The Kensington or The Windsor. It's an ideal solution if you have a tight space and cannot access the exterior walls for maintenance. It's cheaper than our British Western Red Cedar and Premium Canadian Western Red Cedar cladding and comes in a variety of colours.
Configure your features
Options for external down lights or wall lights bring practical lighting to the exteriors, whilst internally you can specify fittings for wi-fi, TV points, water, internet etc.
From foundations to finishing touches : we take care of the whole process from start to finish.
Foundation
Each garden room needs to sit on a 100mm concrete base, ground screws or a drilled pile foundation system. You can choose to arrange this yourself or we can do it for you.
Structure
Built using 4x2 structural timber and 11mm oriented strand board (OSB), then wrapped in vent 3 100% breathable and waterproof membrane, allowing the building to breathe but remain dry and protected for the elements.
Interior
Lined with 100mm thick earth wool insulation then covered with plasterboard and a skimmed plaster finish. There's a choice of 6 laminate flooring options. With chrome power sockets and down lights.
Exterior
25mm x 50mm building laths are used to secure your choice of cladding. Scandinavian Redwood, British Western Red Cedar, or Premium Canadian Western Red Cedar is used to complete your new garden space.
